Expanded Home Service Area

Effective immediately, the new Globalstar USA Home Service Area will include the US, Canada and the Caribbean for all new and existing subscribers on current Liberty, Freedom and E-Star plans, regardless of when they signed up.

Customer Benefits

	Now, customers can use their included minutes while traveling in Canada.
	Simplifies billing and reduces rates for customers who travel between the two countries.

Qualifying Service Plans:

All subscribers on current Liberty, Freedom and E-Star plans, regardless of when they signed up, will be billed with a Home Service Area that includes the US, Canada and the Caribbean.

Customers on grandfathered plans such as the “Reach” and “Line” family of plans will continue to be billed roaming rates while traveling in Canada. To take advantage of the revised Home Service Area, these subscribers will need to change to a qualifying plan.
