PSN Awarded Patent

PSN was awarded US Patent # 7,053,822 for the Wearable Satellite Tracker. This patent allows for the satellite tracking of individuals in a man-over-board situation in the water or attached to personal gear when on land. With the new Iridium 9601 Modem small satellite tracking units can be easily carried and battery powered.

Globalstar Alaska Station

The new Globalstar station in Alaska is on schedule for opening in July. This will provide better coverage for most of Alaska.

Iridium Data Transition

Iridium has transitioned to the Direct Data 2.0 software, which is a free software upgrade to old Apollo software users. The Apollo software does not work as of mid-May. You can download the software and instruction from www.Iridium.com
