Encrypted Satellite Messaging PSN and GlobalKey have passed encrypted messages over the Orbcomm system using standard GlobalKey messaging desktop software. This makes the advantages of GlobalKey 's secure network, digital signatures plus encryption, available to PSN subscribers. This demonstrates that important information can now be passed from anywhere in North America. Further testing will show that we can pass from anywhere in the world. PSN Fax and TTY Services Development The satellite fax and TTY services are continuing along the development path. We have made good progress in selecting the wheat from the chafe in the selection of software and procedures to use. We are keeping in mind the integration of affordability, billing integration and scalability with this development, which makes it take long to develop, but we won't have to keep fixing it later as usage picks up. We should have in first fax program ready in a month (or so) and the TTY program two months later. Investors increased to 75 The new corporate laws have expanded the number of investors allowed in an S corporation from 35 to 75. This is good news for start-up companies like PSN. PSN Exhibits at ORBCOMM's Global Solution Conference PSN had an exhibit at the Orbcomm Global Solutions Conference in Chantilly at the end of March. The Conference was very interesting and we met some valuable contacts. It also showed that PSN has a unique service offering in that we are going to make its satellite service available to average citizens with a number of special services. ORBCOMM going for an IPO ORBCOMM has filed with the SEC for a $125 Million IPO through Bears & Stern, and JP Morgan. See the ORBCOMM web site or your broker for more information.
