We are in the process of building our 'customer only' support area, that will be accessible by PSN customers only. This new site will contain a discussion area where you can leave questions and review past answers to technical and other support questions. There will also be detailed operation instructions for all equipment, firmware upgrades, news about PSN services that will impact your operations and an area where you can get free technical support for all products PSN sells.
